Delivery and Shipping
Delivery Policy
We will endeavour to deliver your order to your delivery address in accordance with your selected delivery option. We work with third party logistic partners (e.g. DHL and Ninjavan) for the delivery of your orders. Your order shall be deemed to be delivered in accordance with the terms of delivery of our logistic partners, or otherwise upon your signing or acknowledgement of the receipt of the order at your selected delivery address.
Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events or unforeseen circumstances. If the delivery is delayed, we will keep you informed and we will dispatch the order as soon as the option to dispatch becomes available. Neither we nor our agents shall be liable for any delays in delivery.

Inability to Deliver
If we are unable to deliver your order to your selected location, we will attempt to find a safe place to leave your order. If this is not possible, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will attempt to leave a note explaining the situation and how to rearrange delivery. Please note that any rearrangement of delivery may have an additional cost which we will be entitled to pass on to you.
Transmission of Risk and Ownership of the Products/Risk and Title
Responsibility for the products transfers to you from the moment of delivery to you (or a third party nominated by you). Ownership of the products will transfer to you upon us receiving full payment of all amounts due, including delivery charges, or at the moment of delivery, whichever is the later.
The risk of any damage to the products transfers fully to you upon our delivery to the address you provided to us, or at the time delivery is attempted if you wrongfully refuse to accept the products.
Title to the products remains with us until delivery is completed and you have paid us the final price for the products.
What are the countries you ship to and how fast is your shipping?
For Singapore
Free shipping within Singapore is available for orders above SGD80. If your order is under SGD80, there is a shipping charge of SGD4 for each order. Your parcel will arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of order placed.
If you require expedited shipping, there will be a charge of SGD18 for each order. Your parcel will arrive within 1-2 business days from the date of order placed.
This does not apply to pre-order items. We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. Do feel free to drop us a note if you need the item for any special occasions so we can prepare them accordingly.
We do not ship on the weekend or Singapore public holidays.
In order to avoid any delivery problems (incorrect addresses, nobody at home, etc.), you must complete the applicable form correctly and it is advisable to leave a contact telephone number in the corresponding field.
The delivery cost is calculated according to the delivery method chosen and the items purchased. The exact transport cost will be calculated every time an item is added to the shopping basket, and will be displayed on the order summary page that appears before the customer confirms the order by pressing the ‘Confirm Payment’ button, and before the credit card or debit card details are entered.
The delivery charges may be altered at any time without prior notice. Said change shall become effective from the moment the modification appears in the help pages and in the contract published on this Webpage. In all cases, the delivery charges that appear at the moment the order is placed shall apply.

For Malaysia
Free shipping within Malaysia is available for orders above SGD200. If your order is under SGD200, there is a shipping charge of SGD8 for each order. Your parcel will arrive within 6-8 business days from the date of order placed.
If you require expedited shipping, there will be a charge of SGD20 for each order. Your parcel will arrive within 2-4 business days from the date of order placed.

Rest of the world
Most of our orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. If you are located outside of Singapore (except Malaysia), we ship all international orders via DHL so you will receive your order within 3-15 business days, depending on your location.
This does not apply to pre-order items. We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, at certain periods such as busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. Can I choose Self Collection for Singapore?
You may choose to self collect your parcel from our studio between Tuesdays to Fridays, 12pm to 6pm.
However, kindly leave us a note upon checking out with your preference for self collection and the team will be in touch with you to make arrangements. All self collections will require a 48 hour processing time upon checking out.
Will I be charged taxes and import duty for my parcel?
International customers are responsible for any custom duties. For more details on custom duties, please check with your local customs office.
Do you offer expedited shipping in Singapore?
If you require expedited shipping, there will be a charge of SGD18 for each order. Your parcel will arrive within 1-2 business days from the date of order placed.

Besides Singapore, we offer expedited shipping for Vietnam and Malaysia.
For Malaysia, if you require expedited shipping, there will be a charge of SGD20 for each order. Your parcel will arrive within 2-4 business days from the date of order placed.

Order Tracking
How do I track my order?
An email with your Tracking Reference Number will be sent to notify you once your order has been shipped:
- All local parcels can be tracked here.
- All overseas parcels can be tracked: Ninjavan (for Malaysia), DHL (Rest of the World).
- Please note that free deliveries entitlement are based on the final amount payable i.e. after deduction of vouchers, discounts such as promotional codes.
-Our courier rates do not include custom duties and we regret to inform you that custom tax will be borne by the customer.

How do I change or cancel my order after order confirmation?
