We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Do kindly email to us at love@caramelmonster.com with a snapshot of the defect and a detailed description within 10 working days from the date of delivery, our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
We always aim to make sure you love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
1. Returns must be made before the following deadlines: (a) for local orders, within 10 working days from the date of delivery, (b) for overseas, 30 working days from the date of delivery.
For Returns that are made after the deadlines, we will send you an email notifying that the return has been rejected. The item will be sent back to you with the prevailing shipping costs charged to you.
Returned items must be purchased directly from us through our official website or our official Instagram page. Please note that successful refunds will be provided only in the form of store credits, which will be issued to you within 5-10 working days and you will be notified via email. All store credits will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
2. All items returned must be in the same condition as received - in their original packaging attached with tags intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of any damages and purchased directly from caramelmonster.com only. We reserve the right to inspect the condition of the items before processing any returns.
3. You may return your purchase via post or arrange to drop it off at our studio. Kindly login to your account and submit a return request under 'My Orders' within 10 working days (local) / 30 working days (international) from the date of delivery. Do note that only eligible items for return will be available to select for return. All returns must include the following Returns Form for processing (download Returns Form here). We reserve the right to reject the return if there is no Returns Form included.

As our studio is currently close to the public, you may drop off your item at our studio between the hours of 12pm to 6pm daily.
4. If you return an item that does not meet our requirements for returns, the item will be sent back to you (prevailing shipping costs will be charged accordingly). We reserve the right to reject the return and any request for store credits refund.
5.You are responsible for the postal costs, customs duties and taxes for returned items. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent. In the event that any parcel returns by mail is lost, the lost item shall be ineligible for return or exchange and we shall not be liable for any costs incurred by you.
6. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at love@caramelmonster.com within 10 working days (for local orders) and 30 working days (for overseas orders) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, providing us with your order number and a photograph of the item. If you do not contact us within 10 working days (for local orders) and 30 working days (for overseas orders), the item shall be ineligible for return or exchange.
Do note that Returns are not allowed for the following:
- Sale items
- Items purchased from our pop-up events
- Customised/special request items
- Orders made using promotional codes (except first timer discount WELCOME10 & birthday discount)
- Orders made using store credits (gift cards excluded)

Sizing
Our size guides serve as a general guideline for helping you find your right size. You can view all of our size guides here.
If you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, you can always reach out to our team on social media for your perfect fit. Please include your bust, waist, and high hip/low hip measurements with your note and we’ll help you out.
Though our garments are true to size, all bodies are different. You can always reference our sizing guide, which features our general garment measurements, or, reach out to pir team for more specifics, and they’ll help you get the right size. We work hard to produce the most flattering fit possible for different body types, and are always working to improve sizing on recut items when we produce them again.
Once you find the perfect size for you, it’s likely that it will be your size in other items from us.

Garment Care
Linen is a natural fibre made from the stems of flax plants. It’s light and breathable, making it cool in Summer and warm in Winter. It’s strong and durable. Your linen garment will soften with wear.
Care Guide: Cold hand wash or cold machine wash on a delicate cycle with similar fabrics and colours. Line dry in a cool, dark place and steam out before wear.
Cotton is a soft, fluffy staple fibre that grows in a boll, or protective case. It is a soft and breathable material. This natural fibre is lightweight and absorbs moisture. Cotton is prone to shrinking, so please follow the care guide instructions carefully.
Care Guide: Cold wash with similar fabrics and colours. Line dry in a cool, dark place and steam out before wear. Avoid any bleaches.
We will indicate under the product if there is any special care needed.
At Caramel Monster, we take great pride in using only the finest materials to create our products. Specifically, when it comes to our linen items, we exclusively utilize 100% linen fabric. Linen, as a natural fiber, possesses unique qualities that add to its charm and appeal.
One of these qualities is the presence of natural raw yarns weaving within the fabric. These raw yarns are an inherent part of the linen material and should not be considered as defects. In fact, they contribute to the natural and organic appearance of the fabric, giving it a distinctive texture and character.
While we make every effort to ensure the highest quality standards in our production process, these raw yarns may be visible in some of our linen products. We believe that these imperfections are what make each piece truly special and add to its authenticity.

Variations in Fabric Colors
Due to the nature of fabric production, there can be slight color variations between different batches. While we strive to maintain consistency, factors such as dye lot differences and fabric sourcing can result in subtle shifts in color.
Use of Deadstock Materials
In our commitment to sustainability, we frequently use deadstock materials. These are high-quality, leftover fabrics that would otherwise go to waste. As a result, some of our items may have unique color variations that add to their charm and exclusivity.
We believe these slight variations enhance the uniqueness of our products. If you have any concerns or specific color preferences, please feel free to reach out to us. We are always here to assist you and ensure you are delighted with your purchase.
Our silk satin is a semi-natural material, so it requires a bit of extra care. We recommend handwashing it gently in cold water. Occasionally, you might notice slight marks on the fabric—this is completely normal and characteristic of this material.
