Main Responsibilities:
- Customer service management such as daily customer enquiries and comments on Instagram and via Caramel Monster’s main service email.
- Handle returns, exchanges queries and other ad hoc requests on Instagram and email for customers.
- Ensure that Instagram DMs, Message Requests and IG post comments are attended to within a time frame of 24 hours.
- Ensure that email queries by customers with a response timeframe of 48 hours.
- Assist with order processing and packing on selected days of the week
- Attend to customers’ needs during the studio pop up sessions once a month.
- When necessary assist in stocktaking and inventory management.
- When necessary assist in incoming shipments and stock replenishments.
- Ad-hoc duties and assignments required by management.
Working Hours:
- 5.5 Days work week Hybrid work arrangement - including Weekend pop ups on selected weeekends of the month
- Weekdays 1-9pm (1 hour dinner break) + 1030am to 7pm on weekend pop ups
Requirements:
- Related experience will be preferred but not required
- Minimum qualification: Diploma
- Comfortable with physical work
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Meticulous, operate with a sense of urgency and takes initiatives
- A reliable team player who can work independently and proactively with a can-do attitude
