Exchange Policy

Kindly state your name, order number as well as “Exchange” on the parcel for easier processing & verification.

All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer.

 

Return Policy

We always aim to make sure you love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

1. You can return your online order within 10 working days (for local orders) and 30 working days (for overseas orders) from date of purchase. All items returned have to be in their original condition - attached with original tag, unworn and unaltered. Items will be inspected upon reaching the warehouse. Store credits will be refunded to your account once the return is successful.

2. All items returned must be in their original condition - attached with original tag, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and purchased directly from caramelmonster.com only. Items will be inspected on return.

3. Please note that a $8 processing fee will be charged for all returns. 

We try our best to accept all returns as long as they reach us in good condition and in their original state. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policy.
