You will assist in the packing and fulfilment of daily orders, the inbounding and warehousing of stock and other general administrative duties assigned by the management. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Order Management 
  • Pick and pack for fulfilment of online/ offline orders 
  • Customer Service management such as daily customer enquiries 
  • Handling returns & exchanges
  • Counting of inventory and warehousing of physical stocks and assets
  • Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and tidiness
  • Assisting with data collection and input in e-commerce System
  • Other ad-hoc duties and assignments required by management

Requirements:

  • Related experience will be preferred but not required
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma
  • Comfortable with physical work
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Meticulous, operate with a sense of urgency and takes initiatives
  • A reliable team player who can work independently and proactively with a can-do attitude
